OUR STORY
The journey of Truth Center began June 25, 2003 with a group of six who met weekly for bible study. This group quickly began to increase and on September 7 of the same year a special service was held to launch this new church into its calling. Most of those who gathered were both the curious and friends who came to support and celebrate this new church plant.
Their purpose was centered around a commitment to build a people who loved their God, would commit to Him, and walk true to His values and standards as outlined in His word.
With a commitment to missions, our local and global partners, we are living the great commission of going into all the world. That has translated into reaching countries such as Colombia, Trinidad, Guyana, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Haiti and Spain.
Our goal is to stay true to our mission of “Building people who change the world's image of God by maintaining God's image in the world.”
WHO WE ARE
Truth Center is a non-denominational Christian Church that is charismatic and missional. Our beliefs are rooted firmly in the Protestant Reformation of faith alone, the priesthood of all believers and the primacy of the Bible as the only source of revealed truth.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You can expect a vibrant worship experience, sound bible teaching and a multi-generational congregation. The dress is casual but you will see those who choose a more business casual style. In our services, we seek the direction of the Holy Spirit to lead us in our time together, He is the one who ushers us into the presence of God.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe all the words Jesus spoke about himself. He is the Son of God; the only way to God. We believe and teach that the Bible is inspired by God, and it is the source of all truth. The world needs a Savior, and His name is Jesus. Statement of Faith
